Each suite has a separate kitchen, living, and sleeping area. Items included with the room rate at this four-story, non-smoking hotel are a hot breakfast buffet, a manager’s reception on midweek evenings, high-speed Internet, local telephone calls and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Area landmarks and attractions include two golf courses, the Metrodome, the Convention Center, Target Center, the University of Minnesota, Guthrie Theater, Orpheum Theater, State Theater, the Mall of America and the Minnesota Opera.

Visitors to this Residence Inn said it is great place for extended stays with well equipped suites, reasonable rate and a team of employees that are both efficient and friendly. Families who stayed in one of the two bedroom suites said it was a great location for touring the area. The on-site water park was a winner with younger members of the family. All of the suites have a fully equipped kitchen with a conventional and microwave oven, stovetop, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster and a full set of cutlery and crockery. There is a work desk with high-speed Internet access, telephone with voicemail, television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, hairdryer, alarm clock and an iron and ironing board. Some suites have a fireplace. Video games and players are available for rent.
