The Doubletree Minneapolis was in a great downtown location, had an excellent, knowledgeable staff and was well appointed. Except for the fact that the heat was permanently set at 72 degrees (hot) and my window was frozen shut, we had a delightful stay and would book a room there again anytime.

Rooms were laid out nicely and it was super clean.

Microwave didn't work and heat couldn't be turned off.

Hotel location is excellent - 1 block off Nicollet. Super restaurants within walking distance. Hotel staff very good. Cleaniness of room was not up to par - dirty bathroom and other items out of place in the room.

Good convenient location.

Dirty bathroom. Jackhammers drilling all day until 5pm because of the main floor restaurant remodeling.

This all-suite hotel offers boutique-style conveniences and comforts. Almost all guests were satisfied with everything and would not hesitate in staying here again. They appreciated accommodating staff, parking, spacious spotless suites with soft comfy beds, yummy food, chocolate chip cookies, location and value for the money spent. However, fee for parking and Internet was a major concern. And, a few visitors also griped about dated furniture and amenities, tiny bathrooms and poor business services.
