The hotel is not close to anything. The shuttle service only goes to the downtown area. The MOA which is the largest attraction cannot be reached without a car. The rooms are adequate, nothing fancy. Bathrooms are small. The hotel is overpriced for what is available comparable to other hotels in the area.

I thought our room was absolutely stunning. I was pleasantly surprised. The bed was quite comfortable. The shower was perfect. I would stay here again.

I liked this hotel very much. The beds are amazing! Wonderful shower, quite large compared to most showers. Good service.

We got a great rate on the room and spent a night in downtown Minneapolis. It's just a short drive away to the Metrodome and the University of Minnesota. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are a little small but not bad. The service was very good.

This hotel was very dirty. My husband tore his suit coat on metal plate sticking out on door. Bathtub didn't drain, standing in old water, room wouldn't cool. Dirty and stained carpets. Mold in bathroom.

My wife and I both were extremely happy with the beds. They were very comfortable and warm on a cold November night! Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Hallway was a little plain. Only downside; whirlpool looks old and a few tiles had fallen off.

The hotel is away from the city, but with a car, it is worth the drive.

It was an enjoyable stay, when I booked it though I thought it was closer to downtown but they did provide a shuttle to take you there. Although the shuttle stops running around 11:00pm...not really great if your out drinking :) Otherwise, great hotel.

The hotel was very nice, clean, friendly people, spacious room, comfortable bed, nice pool and fitness area. Some guests were a bit noisy - not the hotel's fault. We have definitely found a good place to stay when we visit the Minneapolis area again!

This was a great hotel. Wonderdul Sheraton beds, clean and large pool provided hours of entertainment for kids.

I liked the rooms, including the comfy beds. The complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch. The fellow at the front desk was very helpful and polite. Beautiful lobby! Bathrooms were small but clean. I actually didnt mind walking around in my room with bare feet! Nice and clean.

When booking a night at the Four Points by Sheraton in Minneapolis, I thought I would be in for a delightful experience. Not the case. When I arrived at the lobby to check in, I was surrounded by teenagers. I asked the front desk to be in a room away from all of them, and she said that they would be quiet at a reasonable hour (they quieted down around 1:30, and I had an important job interview the next day). When I went to use the pool area, once again the high school students had taken it over. Next time, I will call to make sure there are no high school teams staying at the hotel.

I had such a wonderful experience from the time I checked in, until the last day we were there. The front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating! I loved the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Our room service was wonderful, and their beds are divine. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. :o)

This carpet in our room was dirty and there were beer cans next to the bed! The pool was salty and the hot tub was noisy and undsized! I would not stay here again

I loved the helpful staff at this hotel. I do a lot of traveling for buisness and I loved the large desk and they also have free high speed internet. I also found the pool area very bright and cheerful with natural light. I would stay here again if my buisness brought me back to Minneapolis.
