The overall experience was great. We loved the room. It was quiet for us to sleep, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice with the granite counter and tub surround. The only negative was the pool area, which is in need of updating and refurbishing.

The rooms were very nice and loved the bathroom. Very luxurious!

The pool could use some updating. The hot tub was note very clean or hot.

The hotel is close to a major highway. The hotel offers all the amenities one looks for while travelling- i.e., in room movies, room service, iron/board, hair drier. As a priority member, express check out is convenient.

We had a good experience. The room we had was small, but nice with a good view of Downtown. The hotel was very easy to find. I would like to see this hotel update its pool area. Great service from staff!

They offered quiet floors. We had our young daughter with us, but needed quiet nights. They kept us separate from a hockey team that was there the s.

The pool area was in need of repairs.

This may not be the best Crowne Plaza in the world but many guests said they got good value for money here. The super team of employees provided fast and efficient service and provided good information about the area shops, sights and restaurants. The Internet speed was good and the rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. There were good comments about the quality dining and those who got a free breakfast buffet said it was excellent. Most clients said they would stay here again and recommend this hotel to family and friends.
