This conveniently located downtown hotel has AAA-3 Diamonds rating. Many guests were satisfied with well-maintained bathrooms, well-prepared food, free cookies, service, price, location and quiet spacious neat and tidy remodeled guestrooms with adequate amenities. However, a number of visitors grumbled about unprofessional rude staff; and a few of them were also disappointed with parking fee poor quality amenities, dark bathrooms, dirty rooms and weak Internet signal.
