All the guestrooms, and eight suites, have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, television with cable movie and news channels, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and telephone with voicemail. The bathrooms have a separate bathtub and shower and some rooms have the added benefit of a microwave oven.

From Duluth International Airport (DLH) 4 miles: Follow Haines Road right out of the airport parking for about two miles. Turn left onto Route 53 South (Central Entrance Road), then follow 53 South about two miles. The hotel is on the left behind the Hardees Restaurant at the junction of Joshua Avenue and Trinity Road.
