The Staybridge Suites Bloomington-Minneapolis is set among parkland in the West Bloomington business district. The pet-friendly, non-smoking property has 127 suites each with a separate living and sleeping area. The property caters to business clients but its facilities are equally suited to the family on vacation. The property is nine miles from the twin cities’ international airport and close to the Mall of America. Downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul are only minutes away. Items included with the room rate are an expanded continental breakfast, high-speed Internet access, parking, and a sundowner reception on Tuesday through Thursday evenings with appetizers served with beer, wine and soft drinks.

All the suites have a complete kitchen with microwave oven, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffee maker and a full range of silverware and utensils. Other amenities include work desk with high-speed Internet access, IDD telephone with voicemail, hairdryer, CD and DVD player, cable television with move channels and pay-per-view movies.

The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and fitness center, which is open 24/7. The business center has computers, printers and a fax and copying machine. The complimentary breakfast is the only meal served here but the Great American Grill adjoins the property and Major’s Sports Café is one block away. There is a convenience store and newsstand on-site and the 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes and information on area events and attractions. Board games, books and movie rentals are available in the library area.

From Minneapolis/St Paul International Airport (MSP) 9 miles: Take I-494 West, to France Ave exit. Go south on France Ave. Turn right on American Blvd (West). Go approx 1 mile until American Blvd turns left, then make the turn and the hotel will be one block on the right.
