I stayed for 3 nights in a regular King room. It was large enough for a sofa, desk, king bed, etc. I liked the bed very much. The man who checked me in was very warm and pleasant. He gave me directions to Kincaids, a nearby steak house.

The hotel was wonderful! The staff was very uncoopertaive with helping. My diamond ring was stolen from my room. Probably by the room cleaning staff. Contacted hotel security. They took it very lightly. Very disaapointed in their careless attitude! Hotel itself was very nice.

I used the shuttle to the Mall of America. It picked up and dropped off on the exact times they promised. The staff is very warm and friendly, which is a little suprising for such a large hotel. The bed is comfortble. Definitely a plus!

Their website is misleading- refrigerators do not come in the rooms; we had to rent one for $* and then it froze our baby's milk. The pool is freezing cold despite our request to have it warmed up. Bring your own pillow- theirs are so soft and mushy you'll have a sore neck. Our shower had black mold and the carpet and towels were stained. The AC unit turns on/ off throughout the night- not condusive to sleep. Leave your laptop home- they charge $10/ day for internet. No microwaves available, so leave the popcorn home too. We were very disappointed with the hotel.

We stayed here recently for a family reunion. They have a fun improv comedy club at the hotel that is excellent. The beds were fantastic. I thought the hotel had a lot to offer. It was a very good value.

I was on the 15th floor of a 22 story tower. The views of downtown Minneapolis in the distance was beautiful. The hot tub is also very, very large for a hotel hot tub, which is a nice change. (The water was even hot!)

the hotel has excellent accomodations!food,quality of service;shuttle and room service were great.an escape for me from work to visit mall of america,museums in downtown.

I have stayed at several hotels in Bloomington in recent years. This is by far the best. The beds are absolutely wonderful! The showers are also excellent. I will stay here again.

One thing not mentioned on the hotel site is the free shuttle to the airport and to mall of america.

I recently spent 3 nights at the Sheraton and absolutely loved it!. The beds are wonderful. The service was perfect. I will be back.

really enjoied the hotel. was the best cost and turned out to be a great deal. Easy access pool and hot tub great, beds comfortable and always clean, A/C fairly quiet, no real outside noise. I'd stay again.

We drove around with crying infant and children through busy traffic only to realize eventually that your information was incorrect. THis hotel no longer exists. The hotel at the address you listed has been changed to the Sheraton. The Sheraton did have my reservation that I made on your internet site. The desk clerk verified that this hotel had at one time been the Radisson. Also, I was sneered at when asked about daycare service your sight said the hotel had. This does not exist either. Please correct this info so some other poor soul isn't driving around in circles through metropolitan traffic looking for the hotel that doesn't exist with amenities you list that do not exist.

Sheraton now owns this hotel and has upgraded the rooms with all new beds. The bed was so comfortable and I slept like a baby. No backache and the comforter on the bed was cozy as well. Ordered Atkins Breakfast for room service and it was very good. The only downside is the road construction going on right now. If this hotel would upgrade it's pool area with a waterpark, it would be an awesome family hotel too.
