Overall this was a nice hotel. It's a little confusing to access from the Interstate but not too bad. The ice machine on our floor (8th) was broken during our 3 day stay and the other floors were hit and miss. Seems more of a business oriented hotel, but it was very quiet and the room was nice.

I thought the hotel was very nice. The employees were polite. The shuttle service was a definate bonus for me.The spa was hot and well ventilated and the pool was clean and a perfect temperature.The room was very clean and the hotel was quiet. My experience was positive and I won't hestitate to stay there again.

Hotel Description Completely Inaccurate - posted on 12/14/2004

I have stayed at this hotel for over 4 years & it continues to deteriorate, & nothing is done to improve it! There is a strong mold issue in their heating/air units. There is no restaurant, contrary to their description. The pillows are faloling apart, the linens are stained, they don't heat the lobby or lounge, & they don't have enough employees on duty. No matter what you say to the staff, nothing is ever done to correct any issues. I'll never stay here again, despite its location!!!
