This was a great place to stay with our two young children. Very quiet - had a room right by the elevator and didn't hear a thing. Nice soft bedding, lots of room, extra pillows. Bring Aqua Socks for the kiddos - slippery pool floor.

We stayed at Residence Inn for two nights and we were very pleased with the hotel and the staff was very customer service oriented. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows. Will definately stay here again.

I stayed here with my Mom and Dad. We had a clean room that was spacious. The breakfast each morning was better than most and the staff was marvelous. We will definately stay again.

The last time I stayed at a Residence Inn, it was in a vacation spot, but I felt that the rooms were more spacious, the staff more friendly and the hotel more serivice oriented. The rooms were small, barely fitting the double beds provided.

We had a clean room that was ready for us; check-in took seconds. The adults-only pool hour at night is an inspired idea. In-room coffee set-up allows one to brew a whole pot, not a mini-pot. Staff was exceptionally friendly, shuttle to the mall is fabulous. We had a great time!

The shuttle to the mall and the location are the hotels best features. the comp. breakfast is nice too. As far as housekeeping goes...it needs HELP. Our room was not ready when we arrived. An hour later we settled for a smoking room(which we did not want). The furniture was really dirty& our room did not have clean sheets. We had to call housekeeping at 7:30pm to get us towels, clean sheets, and toliet paper. I would stay somewhere else next time.

We stayed at the Residence Inn while visiting family. The staff was out of this world and we really felt apart of their family.

We attended a family reunion and I must say that it was a wonderful facility. Staff was out of this world and we especially appreciated the van service to the Mall of America and Airport. We will always stay there when returning to the Bloomington, MN. area
