Perfect locations for our needs--central location to all our family and doctors and hospital. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was an excellent addition as we stayed for 16 days and this was one meal we could count on every day. Breakfast staffing was excellent. Room cleaning was ok. Room was good. The workout room was very bad, lacking, broken.

The breakfast bar was wonderful with hot food also-great staffing.

The workout room had three machines two of them were broken.

Hampton Inn was great. Really comfortable bed, spacious room, good lighting in bathroom to locate.

Coat hook, Bed table, Comforter & great pillows.

Cheesy little one-cup coffeemaker, but good coffee available in lobby. No juice in vending machines.

Although this hotel features rather small common areas, it is well set up and offers a fairly laid back atmosphere. The location is convenient to a number of touristic attractions, the most popular of which is the Mall of America. Customer service is usually quite experienced and well mannered, however at times it is comprised of under qualified individuals. The hotel offers very comfy accommodations, although suites are basically just large rooms. The free breakfast is definitely worth trying if you like traditional choices.
