Customer Reviews for Minneapolis-Days Inn Mall of America/Airport

Dependable - posted on 01/20/2006

We have no complaints at all. We had our Army reunion there in Sept and now we will be staying there again the end of this month. We like staying there before we go on a trip because we can leave our vehicle there for 14 days without charging us more. It's a reasonable way to go and we can depend on them to take us to the airport and getting us again. WE WOULDN'T WANT TO STAY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Average hotel for travelors needing a base to tour from. The room was clean and quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Bad Stay! - posted on 08/10/2006

Worst hotel I've ever been in! Ants all over the air conditioner. The bathroom smelled like an old shoe, and the remote didn't work. We did the park-n-fly there and when we returned on Sunday night, our flight had been delayed. We didn't arrive until after midnight, when they stop picking people up from the airport. Had to take a cab for $25.00. They wouldn't refund the cab ride or a portion of the hotel bill. Will NEVER stay there again.

Ok, not great - posted on 07/04/2006

This place is ok and thats about it. If you are lookin for a room, and dont care about the glamour then this is the place. Its located across the street from the mall of america and 2 miles from airport. Staff always really helpful and friendly, but the rooms are small, (VERY SMALL) and its old. But as i said if you just need a bed for a night, this place gets the job done (Stayed here 2 times now )

Not A Good Place To Stay - posted on 08/21/2005

Ants were in my room. The rooms are very outdated. The bathroom floor was filled with mold. I really don't recommend this hotel.

Yuck! - posted on 04/29/2005

The rooms need serious help in this hotel. Walls are paper thin, decor is dated, and most importantly, the rooms are filthy - mold on the bathroom floors, dirty bed linens, disgusting carpets, stale room smell.

Cheap but gross - posted on 04/26/2005

I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. Dirty rooms (floors/bathroom had years of mold). Paper thin walls. Disgusting restaurant. The only plus is that it is literally across the street (freeway actually) from the MOA.

Satisfied - posted on 02/11/2005

We were glad that we could leave our car there for as long as we were gone. The shuttle bus driver was very cordial. So were the people behind the counter. The price was a little steep but what isn't these days.

We enjoyed our stay; the atmosphere inside was very warm. The pool area was great and the rooms were very well cleaned. The access to the Mall was great.
