Overall, our visit was satisfactory. The beds were good but the room had an odor. The continental breakfast wasn't the best.

The staff was so friendly. They went out of the way to help us find a nice place to eat and where to shop. The room was nice. Crowded with the Jacuzzi but we were very glad to have one.

The 70-room Holiday Inn Express Bemidji is next to the Paul Bunyan Mall and provides affordable quality accommodation for the business traveler and vacationer. Items included with the room rate at this three-story, non-smoking hotel are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, a morning newspaper, in-room coffee and parking. There are four meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 150 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include several golf courses, Bemidji State University, the Paul and Babe Amusement Park, the headwaters of the Mississippi River located within Itasca State Park, Lake Bemidji, Bemidji State Park and the Bemidji Lighted Ski Trails.
