Nice stay, really nice to have the Green Mill Pizza Place next door.

For this price point you get a lot of extras to make the stay similar to an upscale hotel without the upscale cost. Friendly staff. Excellent location. It was worth every penny.
The room had a microwave, wet bar, refrigerator, and a separate room w/sleeper. It was hassle free and easy w/4 kids.
No donuts for the kids. Whirlpool looked like the water was swamp water.

The Country Inn & Suites Albert Lea provides very friendly and efficient guest services. Guest rooms are comfortable, quiet, and clean. Rates at the Country Inn & Suites Albert Lea are a great value compared to other area hotels. Breakfast in the morning is basic but good. There are restaurants located nearby, including one located next door which adds to the convenience of the hotels location. Meanwhile the shuttle to the Diamond Jo casino is a nice bonus. On the downside some guests have mentioned thin walls in the guest rooms. All in all the hotel is a nice choice for a one or two night stopover.
