This hotel would have been great if you could open the windows in your room. Price Line- I will never book a room through you unless I am naming my own price. Your cancellation policy is terrible, especially when I can book the hotel directly and the same cost as going through you and cancel at NO COST if needed.

The rooms were very muggy, you could not open the windows.

Most travelers to Traverse City who stayed at this Quality Inn said they have a very enjoyable time. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient and had helpful advice about the area sights and knew the best places to dine and shop. There were some minor moans that the breakfast area could get a little chaotic and the advice from those who stayed here is to arrive when the buffet opens to avoid the later crowds.
