Overall, if you are traveling with children, this is a great place to stay. The water park is wonderful and the staff/hotel is very accommodating to families.

The water park was great!

We read the past reviews and were ready if it was loud at night. We decided to go Sunday night instead of the Friday family in hopes that we would miss the party crowd and weddings. It was great. Just families and business people. I can see why it would be rowdy on the weekends with the bar in the pool area and the karaoke Friday night. The cleaning lady said they have a lot of wedding parties on the weekends, so that can be loud and rowdy. If we go again we'll definitely go during the week to miss that crowd. It was very clean and comfortable. Even though the front desk people seemed annoyed by us customers and overworked we had a blast.

The room was very pretty and clean. Pool area was spotless and had lots of towels.

Front desk staff were rude and understaffed.

This is a spacious and quality property that presents a clean-cut atmosphere throughout. Although the accommodations dont offer too engrossing a décor, they are in great condition and offer plentiful space to move around. Although the water park is rather simple, it is wonderful for very young children to enjoy, which can also be stated about the arcade. The property is close to a number of delicious eateries. Customer service is definitely something to look forward to.
