The hotel is fine if you just want a basic room to stay in. The hotel service is ok. The breakfast was ok too.

I would be happy to visit this hotel again for future ventures. It was very clean and the employees were happy to help when asked. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. The pool area was clean and nice. The only downfall was that I asked for an adjoining room but when I got there the adjoining rooms were vacant.

It was clean and tidy with fast and friendly service.

This Fairfield Inn gets many repeat customers which is a great recommendation. Things they enjoy are the reasonable rates, friendly and efficient staff and clean and comfortable rooms. The location, close to the expressway, makes getting to downtown Lansing and the surrounding areas easy. First time visitors say they will use the hotel again and would recommend the property to others.
