Have stayed in this hotel before and was very comfortable. I'm sure when the rennovations are done will be lovely.

Pool area.

Under renovation so no WiFi and heat/air not working in room.

The hotel could use some updating but it was clean and staff were friendly. There is a TGIFridays attached to the hotel.

The hotel had a large pool area in a dome that was family friendly.

The bed was not comfortable, too hard.

The hotel was clean but the bath was small. There were large holes and deteriorated asphalt in the parking lot.

Ideal location for us.

Breakfast was not included with room and local calls were not free.

Just 5 miles from downtown Lansing, the Holiday Inn Lansing-West Conference Center is a major stopping point for those either in town for business or for some sightseeing. Local attractions in the area are just nearby and this includes the Oldsmobile Baseball Park, Lansing Mall and Davenport University. Although built in 1975, this rather modern looking hotel is the pride of Lansing because of its great service and attention to every hotel guest. There is an indoor pool at the hotel and if you are in town to relax, the sauna will do you some good.

Staying at this hotel is a great experience. For its price, guests can get good and personalized service. If you are not looking for something posh, this hotel is the best hotel in Lansing. Affordable hospitality is the pride of the Holiday Inn and although it was built in the early 70s, the whole facility is in tiptop shape and has that warmth that no other hotels in the area can offer.
