This hotel had the most friendly and accomodating staff we have come across in a long time. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Only disappointment was breakfast bar was not included, as it is in most hotels of this rating.

Front desk staff was extremely accomodating.

Normal breakfast bar usually free at other hotels cost 8.00 per person here.

I arrived late - after midnight - and I did not get any grief. Their shuttle wasn't working so they sent a cab for me. At their expense. I was astounded that even though I spent a fraction of the cost of the room, they still went the extra mile. I travel through grand rapids a lot and will make it a point to stay here again.

Clean friendly accommodating friendly staff.

Very nice, small hotel conveniently located off the interstate with lots of restaurant choices close by.

Carpet was very clean, room was very clean.

There was stains on the sheets of one bed. We told the hotel registrar.

I recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Grand Rapids Airport because Courtyard is managed by Marriott and they have such high standards of cleanliness. I did find a negative review online, due to the size of the pool. This visitor thought it was too small for the hotel and that the shower head wasn't very nice. He did praise the breakfast buffet, and the free wired internet access. Other guests enjoyed the hotel staff and the clean rooms. there were complaints of noise, and past guests recommend a room away from the elevators, street and water pipes.
