The staff was unbelievable. The hotel is like new! Everyone went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Free breakfast and evening meal were great!!!

Nice place to stay. Nice breakfast and afternoon snacks. BUT, despite reserving a large room 5 weeks early, they didn't have any left and we had to split our family into 2 smaller rooms.

The only not so good experience was when we checked in at 10 pm. The room was not available, so we waited for sometime before being able to check into a room that was finally located for us. It took a longer period of time to check in because the guest in front of us was experiencing the same problem. We did receive a reduction in our costs, however, which showed concern for us as valued customers.
