I would give it a high rating.

Microwave, refrigerator, clean, comfortable bed, comfortable furniture, indoor pool, large room, and friendly staff.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

This was my best stay for the money. The room was big and nice. The place looked brand new and we asked and they said it was 3 years old. Very well kept. I have to say the Springhill Suites should be ranked a 3 Star. Aside from the noisy nights (which are no fault of the hotel), the stay was perfect. I couldn't ask for any more than the hotel gave. 9 out of 10

Great breakfast, Well Maintained, Extremely Clean, Good Fitness Facility & Friendly Staff.

One night hockey team, next night cheerleaders, both nights loud and no sleep. Staff was helpful.

Hotel is in quite location yet close to restaurants and shops. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. There is a small shop in the lobby for snacks or sundries (much nicer than vending machines). Small indoor pool with spa and fitness area available.

Great rooms and nice breakfast buffet.

TV was in an inconvenient location in the room.

Frequent visitors to Grand Rapids say this is an excellent place to stay. The location is good, near chain restaurants and shops, and the suites are spacious and spotless. There were good reviews about the helpful and efficient staff who had lots of helpful tips on places to visit. There were some complaints about the plastic cutlery. Despite this most guests said they will use this hotel on future visits to Grand Rapids and had no problem recommending this SpringHill Suites to others.
