The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and nice. The hotel is tricky to find the first time but set back and private. No highway or outside noise to bother you. We would stay here again.

The rooms were clean and nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Free breakfast area could be kept up better. The guest computer could be in a more private spot.

Good quality and breakfast is better then continental style. Only inconvenience is need order taxi to get there.

Price is fair and good quality staff and wireless internet available

No airport shuttle, will have to order taxi or rental car for additional cost.

The hotel was very nice, clean and functional. The room was spacious. The bed was too soft for me, to the point of sagging. The location was excellent for amenities; however, I would have preferred something on the NW rather than the SW side of town.

Location was in the middle of everything that you might need - shopping, restaurants, etc.

The king bed was way too soft - almost sagged like a hammock.

Fairfield Inn by Marriott Grand Rapids hotel is conveniently located just minutes away from Gerald R. Ford Airport and Museum. Vacationers with much free time will truly appreciate the easy access this hotel's location to provide to such popular attractions including DeVos Place, Grand Rapids Children's Museum, and a wonderful excursion opportunity at Frederick Meijer Gardens. Hardcore shoppers simply must swing by the Eastbrook and Woodland malls which are only a mile away. Though there are various quality restaurants nearby, the hotel can have you covered for the most important meal of the day. A complimentary breakfast is made provided daily with delicious items like waffles, Jimmy Dean sandwiches and pastries. A 24-hour front desk enables late night express check-out.

Great location near the airport. Sometimes rooms aren't cleaned thouroughly and/or maintain a strange smell. Though rooms are comfortable and cheerfully set up. The staff is very helpful and willing to accommodate.
