Very nice friendly staff. Great lounge and restaurant. Located within walking distance of museum, arena and many restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay in grand rapids. The hotel was convenient to the arena, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the staff was excellent. If I need to travel to grand rapids again, I will return to this hotel.

The staff was so helpful and friendly!

Needed more vending, snack machines.
