One of the most enjoyable hotels I have stayed at. Very clean and located in a convient spot in Frankenmuth. The ladies at the desk where very helpful and the entire staff was just more than friendly, they made you feel very welcomed in being there.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn once again. It is a wonderful place to stay when visiting and shopping in the area. The staff are all very friendly and courteous and we will be back to enjoy more of your hospitatility. Thank you all again.

We only stayed one night, but it was quite nice. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and it was a good size room. The only complaint that i had was that the tv was very small.

This was the worst place we ever stayed! The room was dirty & the walls were paper thin. Very high price for what we got

Loved the room, bed was really comfortable. My only gripe with the room was that the internet access was wired behind the TV stand, good thing I had my network cable on me! Most amazing location, short walk to all of downtown, 2 minute ride to Bronners.

We were pleasantly surprised with the perfect cental location of the hotel on the main road. Our hotel clerk was very freindly & made sure that our stay was enjoyable. She went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied and even called to let us know when the pool was clear for adults only. I would recommend a stop at the Visitors' Center as it was very helpful. Our package included dinner at the Bavarian Inn which was wonderful. Overall, this was one of the best trips we've had in a long time & we're planning to go again soon.

This hotel is barely functional for even a business traveller. One plus I will give it is the in-room internet access is free and VERY fast. Otherwise, it is very ho-hum for the price. While the location is good (directly downtown and across from the brewery), there are several other, much nicer, hotels within 1/2 mile of this one.

We had a super weekend. We loved the pool and spa. The room was clean and comfortable. The people helped us with anything and were very nice. The continental breakfast was great. Thank you. The atmosphere was relaxing. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary in Frankenmuth and with all the walking around enjoying your lovely city, we had a very accomodating, comfortable retreat to come back to. Yes, if in the area, we would stay there again. Thank you

I am a smoker. I make reservations for smoking rooms. I will not stop smoking while on vacation or business because the hotel I am staying at is not capable of fulfilling my needs.. I was told that the smoking reservations I made were a request and that they were unable to satisfy that request. This was not a request for additional pillow or more coffee this is (and always will be) a non-negotiable. This puts a foul spin on the entire trip!

We got upgraded to a jacuzzi suite at no charge. That was a nice surprise. The room was VERY spacious and welcoming. I slept great...the mattress was wonderful.
