The location is good, just a couple blocks from Greektown. Our room was comfortable and clean. I did not care for the $20.00 valet parking fee. The front desk staff acted as if they were there only because it was their job. They were not rude but, a pleasant greeting and a smile are not too much to expect.

The Hilton Garden Inn was clean and only a couple of blocks from Greektown Casino.

All staff at the desk, housekeeping, valet, security everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Surroundings were very nice and clean. We are most definitely going to stay there again. Would like the kitchen up and going next time but the restaurant we were sent to was very good.

Very nice room with the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Also close to Downtown entertainment.

The bed was fantastic.

Need more cream and sugar for the coffee.

This pet friendly hotel is close to the major sights. Besides functional and well-appointed accommodations, there is a pool, fitness center, lounge and restaurants within the premises of the hotel. All guests barring a few were impressed with everything, especially clean, comfy and well-furnished accommodations. Inconsistent and poor service and expensive parking and phone calls put off a few guests.
