Requested a roll-a-way bed when we checked in, then called front desk at 8pm and waited over and hour and then called again. Bed finally came around 9:30 pm -- way too late. toilet kept plugging up, but thanks to your housekeeper she took care of everything for us. Being disabled and only having use of one arm it was so very kind that she went above and beyond the call of duty. She made sure that our stay was a pleasant one. parking for me was very difficult being that especially when I reported a vehicle parking in a handicap parking spot with no proper identification. I gave the front desk the licenses number, make, model, and color and still they were not able to get the vehicle moved. so to me being not able to walk far I need to park close and if this is not possible then it would be hard to stay again in the hotel.
Third floor housekeeping staff excellent room service.
No enforcement of handicap parking made my stay very difficult.

The hotel and staff were nice, but the location left a little to be desired. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but might try the holiday inn if I go back there again.
The ease of getting my room and the service at the desk was great.
My door rattled when other guests opened and closed their doors.

The staff working at this hotel is very friendly and is more than willing to give a lending hand. Thanks to them the property is maintained very clean and tidy all throughout. Accommodations are spacious, comfortably appointed, and feature an engrossing decor and various nice little touches. Bathroom amenities are excellent. Breakfast is something to look forward to, offering many choices that appease a variety of tastes. The pool area is nice, and the fitness room is spacious. Location is great near the mall and excellent dining opportunities.
