Staff was more than helpful, rooms were clean and well cared for, very close to all amenities and only a few minutes from most facilities we needed. Our experience was very pleasant and, if by some reason we wind up in Battle creek again, this will be our first choice for accommodation.

Cleaning staff exceptionally friendly and efficient.

King suite wasn't really a suite (i.e. separate rooms as implied in the hotel description. But still a lovely room.)

Hampton Inn Battle Creek is a comfortably appointed retreat that features a variety of useful amenities to ensure a well rounded stay. Downtown is easily accessible from here as the property is located near I-194 which leads directly into the heart of the city. Visiting families can go on outings to nearby parks, theaters and enjoy a nice a day at the beach. The area also offers plenty of dining possibilities; however guests can dine in for the first meal of their day as a complimentary breakfast is provided, as well as to-go bags. Business travelers who like to work in open areas will appreciate having access to wireless high-speed internet throughout the property.

The staff is well-trained, welcoming and very service oriented. The manager is very hands on and can be often found hanging around the hotel. Accommodations are basic, neat and clean. Bedding is comfortable and mattresses are great. The pool area is pleasant. Breakfast features several morning favorites to please a variety of tastes. Several stores and restaurants can be found in the surrounding area.
