This is always a good place to stay in Ann Arbor, especially when you're on a budget or staying for an extended time. Bagels & tea in the morning are always helpful for someone hungry and on the run. Late night check in was not as easy this last time, but the night staff took care of me appropriately.
I love the studio type room and that there is a kitchen.
Late night checks in is difficult.

Forgot to clean room on last day, floor in bathroom not swept next to baseboard.

The complimentary breakfast is the only meal served here but there are several restaurants nearby including an Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, Damon’s and Joe’s Crab Shack. There is an on-site laundry and a fitness center. The front office is open from 7am until 11pm every day and has information on area events and attractions and can help with mail delivery and provide fax and copying needs.

This was the Studioplus Detroit/Ann Arbor. It earned good reviews then and continues to earn them as the Extended Stay Deluxe Detroit/Ann Arbor. The property gets many repeat visitors which is always a good recommendation. The hotel is popular with those in town for the NASCAR races who say the suites are always clean and comfortable and the employees helpful and efficient. Despite the competition nearby, most clients say they will use this property on future visits to Ann Arbor and will recommend the hotel to others.
