Best Western Executive Plaza is situated on the east end of Ann Arbor just a few miles from the junction of Route 14 and I-94. As well as being a convenient spot for visiting university students, this site serves as an ideal jumping for indulging in natural splendor of numerous parks, lakes and even a forest. Serious shoppers can also walk to the huge Westgate Shopping Center. However, this hotel offers a number of services and facilities aimed at accommodating guests with both leisure and professional agendas. To retire after a long day, the hotel offers the Bed Rocks East and Beats restaurants, and the Palms Café and Lounge.

One of the first thing one notices when checking into this hotel is that the staff is made up of very unmotivated and undertrained people that don’t offer efficient service. A lack of professionalism can be found around this dated property with such things as stained carpeting, chipped paint, dead plants and disorganized pool furniture.
