The staff in this hotel is very friendly my room was always clean and had plenty of towels. my only problem was their was no refrigerator I had small kids so it was annoying to find them a cold drink, since the ice maker was not on my floor.

I was very pleased with the hotel and staff in general. I was very comfortable staying there.

The hotel is fairly new. The lobby area is large and very friendly feeling. The staff was helpful. The room was decorated nicely .

I thought the bathroom could be a little cleaner. Lipstick marks on one of the glasses.

Sadly this Courtyard does not get the glowing reviews that so many of its sister properties enjoy. Several guests said it was an okay experience but not what they expected from a Courtyard. The hotel gets its YES rating thanks to its spacious accommodation and affordable rates. The computer and printer available for guest use in the lobby was another plus. The major problem seems to be the need for some improvement in housekeeping. Few guests said they would return to this hotel, but thought they would try another hotel the next time they were in town.
