The pet-friendly, seven-story property is a 15-minute drive from Boston, provided the traffic is light. All the suites come with a fully equipped kitchen and a separate sleeping area. The non-smoking inn is close to two golf courses, the Burlington Shopping Mall and the historic areas of Salem, Lexington and Concord. Items included in the room rate are a buffet breakfast, a manager’s evening reception, high-speed Internet access, parking, local telephone calls and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There is one meeting room, for social or business functions, that can accommodate 45 guests.

This is a great Residence Inn in a great location with enough space to make it feel like a home away from home. That is the opinion of many clients who have stayed here. Several clients were impressed with the size and selection of the complimentary breakfast. There were kind words too, for the employees who were attentive and polite. All the suites have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and conventional oven, full-size refrigerator with icemaker, toaster, dishwasher, coffeemaker and a full set of cutlery and crockery. There is a work desk with high-speed Internet access, fireplace, pullout sofa bed, cable television with movie channels, pay-per-view movies, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and a two-line telephone with voicemail and speakerphone. Video games and players are available for rent. .

The complimentary breakfast is the only meal served here but there are several restaurants close by including 99 Restaurant and Pub, China Pearl Dim Sum and Restaurant and Joe’s American Bar and Grill. There is a full-service business center, coin-operated laundry, ATM, vending machines and a picnic area with a barbecue grill. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes, a list of restaurants that will deliver to the property, and information on area events and attractions. From Boston Airport (BOS) 12 miles: Follow signs to airport exit. After exiting airport, follow signs to Sumner Tunnel/Boston I-93. Proceed through the tunnel. Take Route I-93 North to exit 37C. Stay right on the exit ramp and take a right at the lights onto Presidential Way. At next set of lights take a right into the Residence Inn driveway. At the stop sign turn right and drive around the building to the front door for registration.
