The rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable, but at this price I miss a mini-fridge. Staff were helpful and polite. The lounge by the pool serves a light menu if you don't need the fine dining restaurant atmosphere; food was good both places. Appreciated the shuttle service around the area.

Spent two nights at this hotel and I was very pleased. Had a room overlooking the pool and bar area on the atrium side. The room appeared to have been recently remodeled and it was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable! Staff were very courteous and pleasant. The Lowell Line (Train into/out of Boston) was less than 5 minutes away.

Hotel has now completed it's transformation to a Hilton and it's beautiful. The pool is great, especially for kids. Ask for a room on the atrium side, because the balconies overlooking the lobby, bar and pool are fabulous! The hotel is extremely clean!!! We've stayed here 3 times, and the renovation has made it even better. The only things that were lacking were: no mini refrigerators in rooms, and the restaurant was expensive and swanky-looking, not good for kids.

The service is rude and overworked. The hotel is under construction, including in the middle of the night. Furniture is missing from rooms. The bill was messed up. The reservation was messed up. Since they are under renovations they are no longer part of Crown Plaza but not yet a Hilton = no points.

The hotel is nice but is being renovated. The pool is closed and there is mess everywhere. They said the pool would reopen in Sept but completion of renovation would take a year. It was a Crowne Plaza and is becoming a Hilton.

My wife and two of our friends stayed here and enjoyed it. The pool was very nice but the hottub needed some improvment. We liked the exercise area a great deal. The other guest we encountered were very friendly. A prom was going on while we were there and we never heard a sound.

I had stayed there several times and was pleased. When we checked in, I forgot my confirmation. They had my reservation, but would only give me the room at their regular rate. They finally agreed to refund the money if I sent my confirmation when I returned home. I managed to get a computer print-out, and they lowered the rate the second night to $63. I felt that if they had my reservation in the computer, they must have also had the correct rate.
