it has a great location. Very easy to find and easy to get to Boston. Also it is nice being able to get breakfast, a real breakfast, without having to leave. Right next to a TGIF that delivers and will put it on your room bill. Very convenient. I have stayed here several times and like it very much.

Price and location. Cleanliness.

Some tables too low in the dining room for breakfast.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. It had easy access to all highways. It was close to shopping. I was disappointed that they did not have a complimentary breakfast and that there was not a refrigerator in the room. Also, we were booked into a room with a queen size bed. We wanted two queens but they were very accommodating and did change us. I would stay there again.

My 7 year old had a great time around the pool. Rooms were just great with everything for your needs. Would go back anytime.

Great staff and clean quiet rooms.

No dislikes one of the best.

The 120-room Courtyard by Marriott Boston Woburn provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both the business and pleasure traveler. The three-story, non-smoking hotel is convenient to all Woburn businesses and within 15 miles of Fanuel Hall, Quincy Market, Fenway Park and Salem Massachusetts. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are two rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 30 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include four golf courses, Harvard University, Tufts University, MIT, the New England Aquarium, Shriners Auditorium, the USS Constitution and shopping at the Burlington Mall.

The employees earn praise for being friendly and efficient. Those who visited Boston say it is a 20-minute journey by road or rail. And after a day in the city, this is a peaceful place to return to. Many guests, who got a craving for ice cream or a midnight snack, said the 24-hour on-site The Market was a welcome amenity.
