The 120-room Courtyard by Marriott Boston Woburn provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both the business and pleasure traveler. The three-story, non-smoking hotel is convenient to all Woburn businesses and within 15 miles of Fanuel Hall, Quincy Market, Fenway Park and Salem Massachusetts. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are two rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 30 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include four golf courses, Harvard University, Tufts University, MIT, the New England Aquarium, Shriners Auditorium, the USS Constitution and shopping at the Burlington Mall.

All the rooms, and two suites, have a large well-lit work desk with ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet access, television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and two-line telephone with voicemail and speakerphone.

This hotel has a seasonal outdoor heated swimming pool, whirlpool and a fitness center. The Courtyard Café is only for breakfast but room service is available from 11.30am until 11pm. From Boston Airport (BOS) 12 miles: Take the Sumner Tunnel to Route 93 north. Follow 93 north to exit 37C (Commerce Way). At first set of lights turn left onto Commerce Way. Follow Commerce Way and at third set of lights turn right on to Mishawum Road. The hotel will be 1/4 mile on the left.
