This will be our hotel of choice every time we go to MA for funerals and weddings!

Convenient location.

A fire alarm after midnight that took them more than 20 minutes to silence.

The hotel was very convenient for the purpose of our stay. Staff was very helpful with directions of the area. Again the beds were the best part of the stay.

The beds were so comfortable that we did not want to get up the next morning.

The hotel was very warm & cozy. We enjoyed watching current movies in our room. The hotel is especially clean & beautifully decorated. We also enjoyed the fitness room during our stay. The staff was very polite & efficient. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel & will stay here again.

Very clean & comfortable. Liked the movies & fitness room.

It was very cold that weekend & the front walk was a bit icy.

Yes, I would recommend the Hampton Inn in West Springfield, Massachusetts to my family and friends. This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast is excellent and has lots of food choices. Coffee and Tea is served 24 hours a day in the nice lobby. There's a fully equipped business center. The guest rooms are very nice. There are many amenities provided. This hotel is conveniently located close to shops, restaurants and attractions. Some restaurants deliver food. There's also room service at this hotel if you need anything.
