This hotel has to be one of the best hotels ever! My husband & I stayed here after another hotel in the area LOST our reservation upon check in and refused to help us. We immediately came here and received the BEST greeting. The Staff was Incredible, the rooms are wonderful, and the hotel is top of the line. This is where we will stay regardless of the price everytime we visit the Mass area.
