It was very pleasant, convenient to start our vacation to St. Maarten. The shuttle was prompt. We would like to recommend this inn to everyone. Thank you for being there.

We stayed one night before we flew out in the morning. Everything was super clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. We went to the bar at night and staff there wonderful too. (Great Long Island's). Pool and hot tub were cleanand nice and warm. I have nothing negative to say. We called for a cot and it was there within 10 mins. Staff member offered to set it up for us. Everything was great!!!!

The hotel had recently replaced all their mattresses and bedding. Falling into that bed, I didn't care if I saw anything else of Boston, I could have stayed in that bed the whole time. also the shuttle service was fast, friendly, and very helpful.

They accomodated me on several shuttles to and from airport as I was meeting folks, extended my checkout time, served me breakfast, and had a good clean room with everything working.

New hotel. Friendly service. Nice clean rooms. Good price. Good shuttle service to the airport. Biggest no no is do NOT make out of state calls, the hotel has a 6000% mark-up. That's right, about $6 per minute is the charge, and it is only advertised after you get the bill under the door on check out day!

Shuttle service staffers were excellent as was the service. Service was prompt, courteous and our driver provided much needed Boston logistic information.

This hotel has a shuttle to the airport and you can get the water taxi from there to Boston, or the shuttle will take you to the T station for a quick ride into town. Hotel is nice, clean, not fancy

We booked on the internet because of the close proximity to the airport and then had a very pleasent surprise with the room rate, two couples to the room for the same price as a double room. As there were four of us this was a great cost saving. Staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful, particularly the shuttle drivers. As the hotel has no evening restaurant the shuttle delivered us to an Italian restaurant where we had a very interesting evening and a great meal. When any of our friends require an airport hotel in Boston we will reccommend Hampton Inn Boston Logan Airport first. Regards, Diana & John Mead
