Most visitors who stayed at this Hilton were very impressed with the high quality rooms and top notch service. Sadly not everything was perfect. Several business clients said it was time that the charges for Internet access in the rooms were dropped while others were disappointed with poor service in some of the dining venues. Despite this most guests say they will return here on future visits to the Boston area and had no hesitation in recommending the property to others.
