The Hilton Dedham is a lovely hotel with comfortable, nicely appointed rooms. Guests will not be disappointed staying at this hotel.

It was classy, clean, and well staffed.

The lobby was a bit congested and not too attractive.

I stayed here in October and was disappointed. This time was great! Room was nice, bar was cozy, had a good stay.

The location was great and the atmosphere was warm.

Really comfortable beds, delicious food (their room service was far better than the meal we had at the cheesecake factory at the atrium mall). Very helpful and friendly staff. First room had a problem with the air conditioning and they quickly moved us to another room. And sent a bell person up with new keys and helping hands to get our luggage to the new room.

Most visitors who stayed at this Hilton were very impressed with the high quality rooms and top notch service. Sadly not everything was perfect. Several business clients said it was time that the charges for Internet access in the rooms were dropped while others were disappointed with poor service in some of the dining venues. Despite this most guests say they will return here on future visits to the Boston area and had no hesitation in recommending the property to others.
