The 119-room Courtyard by Marriott Cape Cod-Hyannis provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both families on vacation and the business traveler. The two-story, non-smoking hotel is a short walk from Main Street Hyannis and the Kennedy Museum. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are two meeting rooms available for social or business functions. The larger can accommodate 190 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include the Duck Tours departing daily for land and sea adventures, the Hyannis harbor area, with ferries to the islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, harbor cruises, pirate adventures, and fishing excursions.

Many clients said it was hard to find fault with this Courtyard. The rooms were squeaky clean and comfortable and the employees excelled by being efficient, friendly and full of information on things to do and see. Most guests said they would stay here on future visit to Hyannis and plan to recommend the property to their family and friends.
