The hotel, situated on the Charles River, provides courtesy Cambridge shuttle for some destinations to save valuable time of visitors. Express check-in kiosk facilitates quick check-in and check-out. There is a sundeck, indoor heated lap pool with a glass roof and health club to relax and enjoy in leisure. The hotel, offering 25,000 square feet of versatile function space, has a well-equipped business center with all facilities for administrative and business needs of traveling executives.

The three-star hotel has all state-of-the-art creature comforts. But many guests were unhappy with inconsistent service, location, poor maintenance and worn-out in-room amenities. Guests were also annoyed because they were not allowed to take baggage onto the complimentary shuttle. Many of them felt that the hotel did not meet Hyatt standards.
