Clean, cool, comfortable, convenient. After a day of walking the Freedom Trail, it was great to return to the tranquility of the hotel. Great beds. Restaurant quite good.

I would absolutely stay here again. The rooms are very refreshing and comfortable. What can I say about the bed? It was amazing.

Beautiful hotel. Food is very expensive. We recommend Fargo Deli especially for breakfast, go down the back escalator, out the doors, go 1/2 block to the revolving door in red brick building. Also open for a great lunch.

Nice Hotel - posted on 08/10/2006

Really nice new hotel opened 6/21/06. Starbucks in lobby, bar with top shelf. Staff is outstanding, especially X who welcomes you out of your car and carries Zagat in his back pocket. Nice rooms with heavenly beds. Upgraded us to city view w/o asking. Place is beautiful. Nice exercise room and kids loved the indoor pool.

Hotel is between the airport and financial district. With the tunnel issues - excellent alternate to traffic snarl

The service was VERY slow. It will probably get better as the hotel had only been open a week when we were there. The hallways were full of carts and dirty trays at all hours of the day and night, so much so that the bellman had trouble getting the bags to our room.
