The friendly,professional service tied with clean, well-appointed rooms make this a pleasurable place to stay. Staff is efficient and always took the time to greet guests.

This is now my favorite in the Copley Square area.. Staff very friendly and helpful, while providing efficient, professional service. Porter was very friendly and helpful. The desk clerk quickly checked me in and wished me a pleasant stay. Room excellent, clean and quiet. Refrigerator was a welcome touch. Each morning and afternoon I received friendly greetings from the staff. The breakfast was very good. The evening activities such as the chocolate fountain, Sam Adams beer tasting, tea, etc. were added treats. It is truely a gem of a hotel with wonderful staff.
