I like the hotel overall but would not share a room again. The rooms were small with minimal storage. The location was great. Since Boston is a small town all the historical sites and good restaurants were nearby.
It was a great location and close to the Subway.
It had a few problem. Not enough storage or real closets and door to bathroom was really hard to slide close.

Staff at the front desk were all very helpful. Fresh lemon/lime water at in the lobby at all times. Rooms are small, no drawers for clothes. But rooms are nice and clean. The restaurant is nice but very pricey (especially the drinks). Very close to attraction and the local transportation.
Very friendly and resourceful staff.
Rooms are very small if traveling with 3+ people.

Great location to most major attractions in Boston. Architecture of building was really interesting. Staff was very friendly. We would stay there again.
Excellent location as Boston is a great walking city!
Room was not very clean, however, when called desk, they immediately sent housekeeping.

This plush triangular hotel in a central location has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Many travelers were happy with airy clean attractive rooms, comfortable beds, marble bathrooms, food and drinks at the restaurant, value for money, accommodating staff and location. However, some guests were disappointed with awkward room layout, small rooms, stained towels, ignored room preferences, erroneous billing and poor management and service.
