Good breakfast served daily, included with room rate. Rooms are quaint and clean, good housekeeping service. Excellent location on street of shops, clubs, restaurants, near Green Line T stop. Good value for Boston.

This B&B has a great location, right in the heart of Back Bay. Easy walking distance to Fenway, Prudential Center, and many other hot spots. Staff was friendly and courteous. Only complaint was garbage trucks picking up (loudly) at 3:00 am right under our window.
