great location - posted on 07/14/2006

Great location on the Freedom Trail 1 blk to Park T line (1 and 4 blks to Govt. Center line. Spacious room with queen size beds, not doubles. Excellent service from staff & very accomodating to an early check-in. Great views of river and city lights. We stayed as a family of 4 and had an excellent experience. Good for business traveler w/a large desk and dataport.

We had a great time! - posted on 03/16/2006

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary in Boston, and decided to stay at Nine Zero! The staff was great and very friendly! Things were expensive and the Fantastic room wasn't that big, but the room made up for it. The bathroom was very spacious and the marble shower was refreshing. The bed was great! We had a small problem with was the heat. We were lucky to have very nice weather in boston, so nice in fact that we had to cool of the room a little. The only thing we could do was open the window, and the busy sounds of tremont street weren't exactly relaxing, or easy to sleep to.

Nice Place - posted on 08/25/2005

Nice place for the historian to visit and in an excellent place to do exploring of Boston. The rooms are overpriced at $375 per night. The service was decent, but could have been better. The 2 bed room was small and overlooked a sea of rooftops.

Contemporary decor and all the technology one could want. Location is ideal for access to historical sites. The restaurant in the hotel is great. Staff provides friendly and efficient service, and information no matter what you need.

Very Pet Friendly - posted on 06/16/2005

Located in a great spot for people traveling with pets...only a short walk to Boston Common. My husband & I stayed with our 3 dogs ranging from 35 to 65 pounds and the hotel went out of it's way for us. They had pet beds waitiing in the room and a special dog menu to order from room service. They were able to recommend a doggie day care and a pet bakery fairly close by. The staff even recommendxed a golf store right next door that where we were able to use the simulators and take lessons. Maybe we were lucky but we had a room with a view and our room was average size.

Not up to their image - posted on 03/18/2005

The room we were checked into had very damp carpeting-- They moved us and that room needed a good dusting.. Cleanliness of rooms is important in any hotel, but particularly in these "boutique" hotels that are so much about image and design details. . Other than that, the rooms are nicely appointed--good beds and linens, chairs, etc

Not worth the price - posted on 10/12/2004

Nine Zero is conveniently located and has an interesting decor, but it is not worth the price. The staff was pleasant, but did not necessarily go the extra mile as you might expect at a luxury hotel. The rooms were small and our "superior room" did not have a view. The down comforter was a nice touch as was the CD player, but you had to pay to listen to CDs. There wasn't much about this hotel that made our experience exceptional.
