Value for money is good. However, found the room size very small even for two people with luggage. No complaints re service

The Charlesmark is in a great Back Bay location with convenient shopping and lots of restaurants nearby. My room on the back side of the hotel was attractive, clean, and very quiet. A couple of minor maintenance issues--broken luggage rack, etc.-- were addressed promptly by hotel management when I brought them to their attention. I'll make it a point to stay here again when I'm in Boston.

Our stay at the Charlesmark Hotel was wonderful. We really enjoyed the features of the room--XM radio playing classical music when we first arrived, the floor to ceiling mirror leaning against one wall, and the beautifully masoned bathroom. The lollypops in the toothbrush holders were a cute idea, too. The size of the room wasn't important to us, infact we enjoyed the minimal space. It's modern feel with tiny, winding hallways leading us to our room was like an adventure!

Nice hotel... great location, high-tech equipt rooms, modern yet boutique, personalized service (advantage to small hotel). Best price for the area!

I found this hotel randomly because of the good price. What luck! All of my co-workers were upset that they didn't let me make reservations for them! :) Great service, facilities, location and decor!
