Hotel is centrally located, easy access to historic sites. Rooms clean and well appointed. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Will stay here again when in Boston.

Location is great, employees were fantastic. Cannot wait to go back and visit.
what I didn't like - posted on 11/16/2006
the rooms were a nice size, but there was a big stain on the rug. Also, no coffee pot in the room, and you had to call room service for ice. They could offer more ammenities as this hotel is not cheap.

Absolutely THE BEST location in Boston - Quincy Market, "T" stations, North End (the best neighborhood outside of Italy)! Very clean, very quiet room, very attentive and knowledgable staff; everything about our experience at this hotel was wonderful. LOVED every minute! Was our first stay and will definitely stay again.
good location/poor service - posted on 04/17/2006
This hotel is a great location, but don't ask anyone in the hotel a question, NO one knows anything, but feels free to invent new rules and procedures at every turn, also the carpets need to be cleaned. They never did put bottled water in the mini bar. But, you can't beat the location.

Disappointed - posted on 09/13/2005
We were looking forward to our trip to Boston and this hotel. We were very disappointed with the room, which was not the pix on internet. We wre very disappointed with the service and treatment of the employees we encountered. We would not stay here again the location was not worth it.
Great location! - posted on 08/09/2005
What a great location - right across from Fanueil Hall. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the street performers in Fanueil Hall. This is a nice hotel that feels small and cozy. The service was great and was wonderful for our 2 boys - ages 5 & 1. The only downside is that the rooms facing Fanueil Hall are a little noisy on the weekend nights.
Location is everything - posted on 07/30/2005
The hotel is nice, but there's no escaping the very noisy area it is located in. Windows are old (wooden) and keep out little sound. However, the location (right across the street from Quincy Market) makes it worth staying at this hotel. You can walk to everything. Taking the subway saves a ton on taxi fare, too.

Great location next to Fanuil Hall and subway...nice to have restrooms close buy, which Boston is lacking...
Great service in a great location - posted on 11/16/2004
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The service was outstanding. The room was lovely, better than what we booked. Near everything.
This Hotel Was Excellent In All Regards - posted on 08/02/2004
This hotel was excellent in all regards. The staff were all extremely gracious and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and very plush with many amenities (ex. umbrella in the closet for your use). Our stay here was a wonderful experience.
