This guest room only boutique property is a good choice for budget travelers. Most of the visitors were happy with friendly staff, complimentary coffee and wireless, price, clean comfy rooms, beautiful neighborhood and proximity to eateries, shopping, attractions and public transport. However, some guests were disappointed with unprofessional and inconsistent service, small rooms, mold in bathrooms, misleading photographs on the website and very limited in-room amenities.
