The staff was most friendly and helpful. I could with ease state that of all the hotels I have frequented, this one oozed with courtesy.

service folks were very friendly, decor very lush, but bathroom, window and shower curtains in disrepair and two lamps with nearly-falling-off lampshades. Finery that looked worn out.

Our room was cramped, the closet didn't have enough room to hang a suit and dress. We were kept awake most of the night from hallway noise. The exercise room is on the same floor as the smoking rooms and the hallway reeks of stale smoke, not exactly healthy.

staying at the plaza at the concierge's floor is worth every penny! the gold floor gives you access to beautiful rooms, lounge, and an amazing kitchen where breakfast and cocktalis are served everyday. what a feast! you can also borrow cds, dvds, and books during your stay. our room was gorgeous, spacious and CLEAN! the staff will make you will feel like royalty!

This hotel was GREAT--luxurious, across from Copley Plaza, etc. When I had a medical procedure the next day, MGH was VERY easy to get to from there. They even parked our car for us and picked us up on the curb. The price is ridiculous, but the conference paid for it, and we were VERY happy

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, if you like soft mattresses. The bathroom was clean and all marble tile. Large walk-in closet. Didn't care for our view, but the location was great! The staff was very courteous.

Living in Boston, I have always wanted to see the inside of the Copley Fairmont. I had my parents stay here for 1 night. The hotel staff is very accomidating, but not pushy. The atmosphere is AMAZING, especially for Christmas!! Def eat at the bar and restaurant if you want to relax!

We were very pleased with the hotel and the staff. They accepted our dog which made the stay more comfortable. We would go back again.

The Fairmont Copley Plaza was a very nice experience, both atmosphere and excellent service. Rooms were large, location great.

Spent 3 nights while sightseeing in Boston. Location was great, but for the price I was somewhat disappointed. No hair dryer in room; bathroom was small with pedestal sink and no place to put or hang anything. Only one small shelf that was already loaded with tissue dispenser, glass and the little soap/lotion bottles. No in-room coffee. Hotel and rooms are decorated beautifully,
