Good service, excellent breakfast bar and good shuttle service to trains and airport. Front desk personnel were very helpful and courteous.

Front desk personnel were very friendly and willing to assist with directions and inside information for tourists.

The location is not the best. It is hard to find initially.

This is not the most popular hotel in Boston but it does offer good value and the rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. That is the view of many travelers who have stayed at this Comfort Inn. They liked the location, close to both the airport and downtown, and many clients said the breakfast was tasty and it was included with the room rate. The cheerful crew of employees got good reviews for its helpful and friendly service and giving good advice about the area sights, shop and restaurants.
