Actually pleasantly surprised with this decision . Aux Bon Pain has excellent coffee, breakfast, and fullfilling snacks for all ages from morning to night . The " T " above + below ground subway a block away and safe ) . Looking for safety ? hotel is next door to MA state trooper training facility . Rooms very clean and free internet in the lobby .a bar, and Plasma TV . We were minutes and $ 1.25 from Harvard, Fanieul Hall, Fenway park , Cheers, Commons, Paul Revere , Italian Section , Prudential building and 30 minutes and $ 3.50 from Lowell and Revere beach . Very nice !

This hotel is great for first time visits to Boston. Subway nextdoor and walking distance to just about everything. Boston Opera House, Boston Commons, Cheers, Freedom Trail, Faneuil Hall Mrkt

We noticed a leaking toilet. We had to turn off the tank in order to sleep. Other than that, the room was very comfortable and within walking distance to the T-line to downtown Boston.

I just have to rave about how great the employees were!! Very friendly, courteous and helpful :) I would definitely stay there the next time I'm in town!

The hotel was clean, my room was very nice. The staff were very nice. My biggest complaint was there is no resturant on site (except an Au Bon Pan) and no room service.

Rooms needed refurbishing. wallpaper peeling, carpet stained. Near high crime area, walking to subway station not safe. had x rated movies on tv channel which our child saw when switching channels . would not stay here again.

The shuttle from Logan was quick. They even took me to South Station the next morning which was closer to where I needed to be. Could build restaurants nearby, but there's a pool at UMASS we can use and they provide a shuttle there and also to Doubletree Downtown, and I LOVED the sandwiches at Au Bon Pain.

Stayed here for business. It was very convenient to get to the office. Also, the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Hotel is two blocks from the red line train so you can get anywhere. Has a small food store inside and that helps for eating on the run.
